White scored all four goals in the second period, led by Ryan Baer’s hat trick, as they defeated Black 4-1. John Wentworth and John Comrie each added 2 assists for White. Ed Gontarz had a strong night in net for Black, stopping 32 shots.

Grey vs Gold

Ryan Gionet stopped 22 shots, and three different Gold players found the back of the net in a 3-1 win over Grey. Brett Ricci added two assists and blocked nine shots, the highest single-game total in the league this year. For Grey, Brad Bickford scored a goal and went 18-2 from the faceoff dot, raising his season win percentage to 65.5%, second best in the league.

Red vs Green

Red erupted for 4 goals in the first period and never looked back, skating past Green 5-1. Adam Reid led the way with a hat trick and 4 points, while Phillip Saltmarsh chipped in 3 points for Red. For Green, Mike Edgecomb had an assist and went 17-6 from the faceoff dot.

Blue vs Purple

Tied 1-1 in the third period, Purple scored twice within a minute to pull ahead and edge Blue 3-2. Nick King and Kevin Dalton each finished with a goal and an assist to lead Purple to the win.
